Terms and Conditions for 1:1 Online Coaching Calls

1. Payment & Booking Confirmation

  • Full payment of Ā£99 is required at the time of booking to secure your 45-minute coaching session. Once payment is received, you will be taken to a thank you/confirmation page, including a link to contact me on Facebook via Messenger to arrange a convenient time for your session.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled time by contacting me directly via Facebook or email. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hoursā€™ notice, your payment may be forfeited at my discretion.
  • In the unlikely event that I need to reschedule, I will offer an alternative time as soon as possible.

3. Refund Policy

  • Due to the personalised nature of coaching, refunds are not available once payment is made.Ā 

4. Coaching Scope

  • My coaching services are designed to support you in building your nail or beauty business; however, success depends on your commitment and engagement with the process. I do not guarantee specific results as each client's outcome is influenced by multiple factors, including effort and market conditions.

5. Confidentiality

  • I am committed to keeping all discussions confidential. Information shared during your session will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials and information shared during the coaching session remain my intellectual property. You may use the guidance provided for personal business use only and are not permitted to distribute, share, or sell any part of it without my consent.

7. Client Responsibility

  • By booking this coaching call, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own actions and business decisions following the session. I will provide guidance and advice to the best of my ability, but the responsibility for implementing changes rests with you.

8. Liability

  • I am not liable for any business decisions or outcomes resulting from the coaching session. You agree to release me from any liability related to business losses or damages following the session.
