Terms and Conditions for The Nail &Beauty Collective Monthly Membership.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for members of The Nail & Beauty Collective. By joining, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Membership Payments

1.1 Membership fees are £14.99 per month.
1.2 Payments are collected monthly on a recurring basis using the payment method provided during registration.
1.3 It is the member's responsibility to ensure their payment details are up to date to avoid unsuccessful transactions.
1.4 If a payment fails, the membership fee for that month is still due and must be settled, even if the member chooses to cancel their subscription after the failed payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Members may cancel their subscription at any time by providing notice through the membership platform or by contacting support at [email protected]
2.2 Cancellations must be made at least 1 day before the next scheduled payment date to avoid being charged for the following month.
2.3 If a cancellation is made less than 1 day before the next payment is due, the payment will be processed, and the cancellation will take effect the following month.

3. Refunds

3.1 Membership fees are non-refundable, including fees for months in which the membership is not fully utilised.
3.2 No partial refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations.

4. Membership Access

4.1 Membership benefits, including access to resources and support, are available only to members with active subscriptions.
4.2 If a payment fails, access to the membership will be paused until the outstanding payment is resolved.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

5.1 These terms may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes.
5.2 Continued use of the membership after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Results Disclaimer

6.1 While The Nail & Beauty Collective provides resources, strategies, and support to help you grow your business, results cannot be guaranteed.
6.2 Success depends on factors including, but not limited to, individual effort, implementation of strategies, and current market conditions.
6.3 By joining, you acknowledge that your business outcomes are ultimately your responsibility.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 Members must respect the confidentiality of all shared information within the membership community, including but not limited to discussions, strategies, and personal business details.
7.2 Members agree not to share or distribute any content or materials provided within the membership without explicit written consent from The Nail & Beauty Collective

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content, materials, and resources provided within The Nail & Beauty Collective, including training materials, videos, and templates, remain the intellectual property of The Nail & Beauty Collective.
8.2  Reproduction, resale, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability Disclaimer

9.1 The Nail & Beauty Collective provides guidance, advice, and training to support your business growth. However, all decisions made as a result of this advice or training are the responsibility of the member.
9.2 The Nail & Beauty Collective and its representatives are not liable for any financial losses, business decisions, or outcomes resulting from the use of the provided information or services.
